推荐用wondershaper，wondershaper实际上就是基于tc编辑的脚本，安装很简单：
centos系统用命令：[email protected]:~# yum -y install wondershaper
ubuntu系统用命令：[email protected]:~# apt-get install wondershaper
用法：
[email protected]:~# wondershaper <interface> <download-rate> <upload-rate>
[email protected]:~# wondershaper clear eth0
